Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers over the phone and in person to resolve end-user issues
• DoD 8140/CSWF Credential or willingness to obtain within 6 months

Requirements

• Working with customers over-the-phone and in-person to resolve end-user issues
• TS/SCI clearance required with ability to obtain a CI Poly
• Must meet DoD 8140/CSWF for 451-Intermediate or be willing to obtain the appropriate credential within 6 months
