Job summary

HII Mission Technologies, Warfare Systems division, seeks a Systems Administrator for NMCI Desktop Support to deliver frontline coordination and desktop services. You will coordinate with NMCI service providers to ensure accurate information, proper ticket handling, and timely provisioning and lifecycle actions.

You will assist with workstation setup, inventory accuracy, NMCI policy compliance, and clear communication of processes to users and leadership, contributing to a well‑managed NMCI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Service Desk, desktop support, systems administration, or related roles.
• Deploying and managing Microsoft Windows desktop platforms.
• Working with customers over‑phone and in‑person to resolve end‑user issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide front‑line coordination and desktop support for NMCI‑managed end‑user environments.
• Apply technical and organizational expertise to manage NMCI service requests.
• Support hardware refresh activities and lifecycle actions.
• Coordinate with NMCI Service Desk and field technicians; maintain NMCI assets and inventory.
• Communicate NMCI processes and timelines to users and leadership, ensuring NMCI policies are followed.
