Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an MSP or multi-client IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Solid knowledge of virtualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Exchange environments.
• Configure and support Windows and macOS workstations.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, and VPNs.
• Perform patch management for system stability.
• Monitor server and network health using RMM tools.
