Job summary

Fusion Digital Agency PTY LTD is seeking a Systems Administrator to support IT and managed services for Rochester-area clients. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Windows endpoints, and Windows Server environments, with emphasis on client-facing support and internal systems stewardship.

You will handle Level 1–2 support, onboarding and migrations, security, backup, and network troubleshooting, collaborating with Network Engineers and other teams to deliver reliable,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID/AAD.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Manage users, groups, licenses, permissions, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity/access configurations.
• Configure, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Windows endpoints.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 migrations, endpoint deployments, server upgrades, and other projects.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote and onsite technical support for managed services clients.
