Job summary

Bavel Systems in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Platform Lead to help manage and optimize our enterprise collaboration suite on-site.

You will oversee Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, and Entra ID, provide Tier 3 support, and guide security and governance through Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, and retention policies.

This role requires 8+ years of relevant experience and a blend of technical leadership and collaboration with business teams.

Qualifications

• Administration and governance of the Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with on-call support and enterprise security controls.
• Strong collaboration with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, engineering, licensing, and governance of Microsoft 365.
• Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Copilot, and Entra ID.
• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Monitor roadmap and evaluate new features for business value and security.
• Provide Tier 3 support and root-cause analysis to improve reliability.
• Manage identity and access using Entra ID including SSO, MFA, CA, and Privileged Access.
• Strengthen security and compliance with Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, Data Classification, Retention, Insider Risk.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
