Job summary

Alterman Management Group, Inc seeks a Systems Administrator to provide on-site and remote support across headquarters, regional offices, and job sites. You will manage incidents, onboarding/offboarding, device deployments, and ITSM workflows while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role requires strong AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 expertise, PowerShell scripting, and the ability to travel as needed. A 3–5 year background in IT support or sysadmin is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of service desk and system administration experience.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ preferred; Microsoft certifications encouraged.
• Proficiency with Intune, AD, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support across locations, including travel.
• Monitor queues, prioritize tickets, and meet SLAs.
• Administer AD/Entra ID, M365 users, licenses, and access controls.
• Manage ITSM workflows, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Image, deploy, and maintain company devices; perform patching and updates.
