Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Level 2 System Administrator to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for UNIX and Windows environments. The role focuses on implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems across multiple agency platforms.

Requires a decade of SA experience, a technical Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution), and an active security clearance. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Ten years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope is required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required; five years of additional SA experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier II (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install/load OS software and troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components.
Manage day-to-day operations of IT systems and monitor and resolve problems across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
