Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a seasoned System Administrator to support full life cycle IT resources on a mission-critical contract. The role involves implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems across UNIX, Linux and Windows environments, with emphasis on reliability, security, and performance.

You will provide Tier 1 and 2 support, coordinate with ISSO/ISO on changes, and ensure compliance with security controls. A DoD 8570 IAT II certification and active clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; four years additional SA experience may substitute for degree.
• Ten years of SA experience in similar programs/contracts is required.
• Four years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required.
• One year experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for IT systems.
• Configure and manage UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems; troubleshoot and maintain integrity of networks.
• Support day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
