Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Level 1/2/3 Systems Administrator to support IT systems across a multi-level Enterprise IT environment. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for server, storage, network and mobile devices.

The role requires a technical degree with extensive SA experience, including Tier 1 help desk and Tier 2 escalation duties. Security clearance may be required and the compensation range reflects this critical mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide support for day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
