Job summary

RealmOne seeks a dedicated Systems Administrator to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems in a multi-level Enterprise IT environment. The role involves UNIX and Windows OS management, network configuration, and incident resolution under a contract structure.

You will work within a team of SIGDEV Analysts, Systems Engineers, and System Administrators to ensure reliable operations, system monitoring, and proactive problem solving for client/server

Qualifications

• Ten years of SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• CWIP Certification with IAT Level II required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for IT systems.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Support UNIX and Windows operating systems and related software.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Provide status updates to management and internal customers regarding escalated tickets.
• Assist with dispatch system and hardware problems; participate in resolution process.
• Perform system capacity planning and optimization of system operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

Five years of SA experience substituted for a bachelor's degree
