Job summary

You will support day-to-day operations, assist with deployments, and coordinate with Security and IT teams to ensure system availability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 6 to 9 years of Systems Administrator experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and AD.
• Knowledge of networking and security practices.
• Familiarity with vulnerability remediation and patch management.
• Experience with SQL databases and VPNs is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers server, workstation, network, and application infrastructure for availability, performance, and security.
• Performs vulnerability remediation and security hardening with Security Team direction.
• Manages user accounts, RBAC, MFA, and identity management systems.
• Supports backups, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience planning.
• Coordinates with System, Network, and App teams and vendors on security initiatives.
• Implements and maintains security configurations and cipher suites.
• Documents patching, hardening, and remediation activities with evidence.
• Monitors LAN/WAN status and provides operational reports as needed.
