Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business functions to develop or modify information processing systems.
• Consults with management to identify business needs, objectives, data scope and security requirements.
• Provides technical assistance in evaluating and developing systems and procedures.
• Writes and maintains functional specifications for new or modified systems.
• Tracks and documents changes to functional and business specifications.
• Creates or assists with user documentation and procedures.
• Monitors post-implementation problems and requests for revisions.
• Maintains security and integrity of system data.
• Reviews logs to identify causes of issues and improvements.
• Implements system changes and upgrades in the infra.
