State of Mississippi is seeking an entry‑level Systems Administration Specialist I to support the enterprise Windows environment, Microsoft 365/Azure cloud services, and Cisco network infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience and a path to more independent responsibilities.
Under supervision, you will contribute to IT operations, learn modern administration tools, and collaborate with teammates to ensure system reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Basic working knowledge of Windows operating system and Active Directory concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation practices.
- Willingness to learn Microsoft 365 and Azure administration including Intune, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID.
Responsabilités
- Provide first- and second-level support for enterprise Windows environment.
- Assist with Microsoft 365/Azure cloud services and Cisco network infrastructure.
- Grow foundational hands-on experience in enterprise systems administration.
