Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and administration for the College's enterprise infrastructure (on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud).
• Install, configure, administer, secure, monitor, and automate enterprise servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, identity management, virtualization, storage, databases, and business-critical apps.
• Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and campus departments to ensure highly available, secure services.
