Vibrant Emotional Health in New York, NY is seeking a Systems Administrator I to support day-to-day IT infrastructure in a hybrid environment. The role includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and assisting with server and network maintenance for on-premise, AWS, and Azure systems.

You will work with the helpdesk and senior admins to resolve issues and implement security measures. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support or systems administration, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years IT support or systems administration.
• 2+ years Windows Server environments.
• 2+ years troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Microsoft certifications (MTA, MCSA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server and network performance and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with installation and configuration of servers and network equipment.
• Support backup solutions and data recovery processes.
• Implement and follow basic security protocols and enforce policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with helpdesk and senior admins to resolve issues and assist with projects.
• Assist with system upgrades, including OS patches and hardware replacements.
• Provide end-user technical support and escalate complex problems.
