MIDFLORIDA Credit Union in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and support our Windows server environment, AD/DNS/DHCP, and Office 365 integrations.

You will design backups and DR, monitor performance, apply patches, and assist with security while providing Tier 2/3 support and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows Servers and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Experience monitoring and managing servers.
• PowerShell scripting and REST API usage.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned applications; handle Tier 1 requests and provide support.
• Design, plan, and execute system backups and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.
• Manage Microsoft/Office 365 environment and integrations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to ensure uptime.
• Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to server infrastructure.
• Assist in network security by researching and addressing vulnerabilities.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and maintain department knowledgebase.
