Job summary

Lakeland Industries is seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst (Systems Administrator) to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across global locations. You will oversee Windows server environments, AD, Azure/Entra ID, M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and VMware, ensuring security and reliability across all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows Server and Windows desktop OS.
• Experience administering AD with GPOs and security groups.
• Experience with Azure/Entra ID, M365, and Exchange Online.
• Experience configuring SharePoint Online.
• Experience with VMware vSphere/vCenter environments.
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and SAN storage.
• Familiarity with firewalls, switches, and VPN connectivity.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity practices.
• Cybersecurity fundamentals and security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise Windows server infrastructure across global locations.
• Provide proactive technical support and resolution of infrastructure issues.
• Manage AD, GPOs, security groups, and identity management.
• Administer Azure/Entra ID, M365, and Exchange Online.
• Configure and support SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Manage VMware vSphere/vCenter environments and capacity planning.
• Oversee backup, DR solutions (Veeam) and SAN environments.
• Support network hardware (firewalls, switches, VPNs) and remote sites.
• Monitor health, performance, security, and availability of systems.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Perform OS upgrades, patching, and lifecycle maintenance.
• Provide Tier III support and mentor junior staff.
