MIDFLORIDA Credit Union in Lakeland, FL seeks a Network Analyst to serve as the primary contact for assigned applications and provide network‑related troubleshooting for employees.

Responsibilities include monitoring the network infrastructure with current tools, assisting with branch equipment updates, and helping improve security. A 1–3 year IT background and strong documentation/communication skills are required or preferred.

Network Analyst performs the following functions:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned applications, including Tier 1 network requests, while providing network-related troubleshooting and support to fellow employees.
• Monitor network Infrastructure using currently available network monitoring tools in order to troubleshoot servers and network related issues.
• Assist with branch network equipment patching projects.
• Assist in branch/location opening, remodel, and equipment update projects.
• Assist in network security.
• Troubleshoot escalated tickets within the infrastructure queue.
• Contribute to the knowledgebase for the department to ensure proper documentation
• Recommend new or innovative ideas to improve the overall work environment or company income
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines.
• Deliver problem solving solutions and perform research as needed.
• Provide technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDA’s electronic services.
• Accountable for meeting productivity, quality, and sales goals.
• Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy.
• Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always.

QualificationsQualifications include:
