Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Cisco routing and switching.
• Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 and Microsoft Exchange.
• Familiar with WSUS, IIS and Microsoft SQL Server.
• VMware virtualization experience (Server/desktop).
• Experience with Nimble iSCSI SANs and Veeam backup/recovery.
• ShoreTel VoIP system administration and deployment tools.
• Strong problem resolution and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network performance and security issues.
• Plan, install, upgrade and maintain LANs, WANs, and servers.
• Configure users, groups, rights and security for email and access control.
• Develop, document and implement backup, recovery, and data security procedures.
• Coordinate projects and act as liaison between stakeholders.
• Provide Tier III helpdesk escalation and vendor coordination.
