Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline and 3 years of IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support infrastructure systems including servers, cloud-based systems and storage.
• Perform day-to-day server administration for physical and virtual environments.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant and security postures.
• Collaborate with peer teams and vendors on solution delivery.
• Configure and support Linux and Windows servers and network interfaces.
• Identify vulnerabilities, address CIS controls, and report findings.
• Partner with InfoSec to maintain secure, auditable systems.
• Plan, maintain, and optimize application environments and implement best practices.
• Troubleshoot server hardware/software issues and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness.
• Document systems, policies, and procedures and maintain change control.
