Arizona Superior Court in Pima County seeks a seasoned IT Infrastructure professional to design, implement, and support the court IT network, communications infrastructure, and server systems across court locations. The role emphasizes day-to-day operations, security, backups, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities include capacity planning, budgeting input, and ensuring compliant access control and Office 365 administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a major in computer science, MIS, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in network operations, computer systems operation and configuration; OR, any equivalent combination approved by Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and documents procedures for ongoing computing needs.
• Creates capacity and disaster recovery plans for infrastructure.
• Assists in establishing operating and investment budgets.
• Provides cost and time estimates for new requirements; ensures smooth production transition.
• Manages domain services including new users, Office 365 administration.
• Supports Microsoft cloud platform engineering and operations.
• Ensures backups, storage management, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Implements service escalation procedures and change management.
• Performs performance tuning and remote access support.
• Forecasts server growth and proactive capacity management.
