Responsibilities include creating and deleting VMs, applying security updates, troubleshooting, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with Jira/Confluence for ticketing and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• BS with 15 years of experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Support servers, hardware, storage, and virtual infrastructures with VMs.
• Create/delete VMs, apply security updates, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Manage tickets using Jira; maintain system and network documentation.
