Job summary

Bank Iowa is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the bank's technology infrastructure and applications. You will maintain system efficiency, perform proactive maintenance, and assist with audits while translating technical solutions into business outcomes.

This role requires a strong foundation in IT operations, experience with Windows Server, virtualization, Azure/Intune, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving within a people-centered organization.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in a computer-related field or relevant experience required.
Minimum 4 years' experience in Information Technology.
Minimum 2 years' experience managing and implementing systems.

Responsibilities

Provide reactive operational support with focus on ticket resolution and escalation.
Perform proactive system administration including maintenance, patching, and monitoring.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, and Copilot Studio.
Administer virtualization platforms including Hyper-V.
Provide networking support for Meraki, Aruba, or Juniper environments.
Contribute to information security operations and incident response.
Create and maintain technical and audit documentation.
