Job summary

Iowa Hospital Association (IHA) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support role to implement and maintain technology systems across the organization. The position focuses on execution, troubleshooting and documentation to ensure secure, reliable operations in partnership with senior IT leadership.

The role covers laptops, network and cloud environments, AV systems, security, and staff training, with collaboration across departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS preferred.
• Minimum two years of IT support experience required.
• CompTIA A+ certification required; MCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain laptops, workstations, peripherals and related hardware.
• Assist with software installations, updates and configurations across local and cloud environments.
• Support network, wireless and cloud operations to maintain uptime.
• Maintain conference room AV systems and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Support security, data privacy and internet services and escalate risks.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing tech orientation for staff.
