Iowa Hospital Association is seeking an IT Support professional to help implement, maintain and operate the organization’s technology infrastructure. You will assist with network operations, endpoint devices, cloud environments, AV technologies and cybersecurity to ensure secure, reliable systems.

The role emphasizes execution and collaboration with senior IT leadership, supporting planning, standardization and user-oriented IT services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, cloud environments and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostics and system maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures and maintains laptops, workstations, peripherals and related hardware, ensuring reliable performance and minimal downtime.
• Supports and coordinates software installations, updates and configurations, supporting local and cloud-based network environments.
• Supports network, wireless and cloud operations, monitoring system performance and escalating complex issues as needed to maintain uptime.
• Maintains conference room and audiovisual (AV) technology, ensuring equipment functionality and reliable operation; coordinates with AV vendors.
• Provides onboarding and ongoing technical orientation for staff, ensuring users are equipped to utilize systems securely.
