Job summary

Vicus Capital, Inc. is seeking a proactive Systems Administrator to support and evolve the firm’s technology across corporate operations, financial advisors, and business users.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365 management, hybrid infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support. It is a full-time onsite position based in State College, Pennsylvania, serving staff and advisors with a focus on reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration or IT operations experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services and hybrid cloud infrastructure for reliability and security.
• Support and secure on-premises and cloud environments with backup and DR planning.
• Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support for employees, advisors, and clients.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles for operations.
• Participate in technology projects to modernize infrastructure and automate tasks.
