Job summary

Vicus Capital, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead our Operations and DCSA staff in State College, PA. The role reports to the COO and requires hands-on management of daily operations, policy development with Compliance, and real-time problem solving to close gaps in controls.

The Director will maintain open dialogue with the COO about daily ops, strategic projects, and staff development, ensuring world-class support for advisors nationwide and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Series 65 license required within one year of hire.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management abilities.
• Proven project management and process-improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisory Operations with world-class client service for nationwide financial advisor network.
• Cultivate trust relationships with financial advisors and their staff.
• Oversee Operations and Dedicated Client Services staff performance and development.
• Back up processing tasks including new accounts, cashiering, and maintenance requests.
