OpalSoft, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to manage IT infrastructure, cloud services, endpoints, and security systems.

The role emphasizes day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement across Intune, Entra ID, AD, and Azure. Responsibilities include managing Intune devices, Entra ID/AD, Azure services, and 365 apps, while developing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and supporting security initiatives with threat remediation and patching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on system/cloud/endpoint admin experience.
• Experience with Intune, Entra ID and AD.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer Intune for Windows, Apple, and Android enrollment, deployment, and policies.
• Manage Entra ID/Active Directory including user/group administration and CA.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support, troubleshooting, escalation, and root-cause analysis.
• Administer Azure services including VMs, Web Apps, SQL, and VNets.
• Support network, cloud, server, and endpoint environments for secure operations.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate admin tasks.
• Monitor security tools, respond to alerts and assist with patching.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on deployments and upgrades.
• Research technologies to improve IT efficiency and security.
• Participate in proactive maintenance and on-call rotations.
