Job summary

Slate Auto is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage enterprise identity, endpoint management, and core IT systems across Azure/Entra ID and Microsoft Intune. The role emphasizes SSO enhancements, secure access, and reliable end-user experiences.

You will own asset and software lifecycle processes, support escalations from the service desk, and drive continuous improvements in IT operations while coordinating with security and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT systems administration, endpoint management, or identity/access management.
• Hands-on Azure/Entra ID administration and Microsoft Intune experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC/OAuth2).
• Knowledge of device compliance and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience with asset management and software deployment/lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
• Strong documentation and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Azure/Entra ID and MFA-related controls.
• Design and enhance SSO integrations with SaaS and internal apps.
• Manage Intune device configurations, enrollment, and compliance.
• Own IT asset lifecycle processes and software deployment governance.
• Provide escalation support for complex tickets and document SOPs and playbooks.
• Identify opportunities to automate provisioning, access changes, and reporting.
