Job summary

Slate is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our team in the USA. You will manage Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and SSO integrations to strengthen security, reliability, and user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT systems administration, endpoint management, or IAM experience.
• Hands-on Azure/Entra ID administration and Microsoft Intune experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC/OAuth2).
• Knowledge of device compliance controls and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience with asset management and software deployment/lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) and escalation workflows.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD) including users, groups, roles, and access policies. Design, implement, andEnhance SSO integrations with SaaS and internal apps (SAML/OIDC).
• Maintain identity governance practices (access reviews, lifecycle processes, RBAC).
• Partner with Security and Compliance to enforce MFA and secure access standards.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Create device config profiles, compliance policies, and deployment rules.
• Support device provisioning workflows (Autopilot), enrollment, remote wipe/retire, and device health reporting; troubleshoot endpoint issues.
• Own IT asset lifecycle processes: procurement, inventory, assignment, refresh, disposal, audits; ensure license compliance and cost optimization.
• Package, deploy, and maintain software apps; manage versioning, updates, and deprecations; standardize offerings.
• Serve as escalation point for complex tickets involving identity, SSO, endpoint configuration, and SaaS platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate provisioning, access changes, device actions, and reporting; contribute to change management.
