Job summary

Paradigm Max Q LLC seeks an experienced Systems Administrator to manage Microsoft cloud and on‑prem infrastructure in Stafford, VA (Hybrid). You will administer Windows Server, 365 services, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender to keep operations secure and compliant.

The role emphasizes patching, monitoring, backups, and DR planning, with on‑call support and collaboration with cybersecurity for zero-trust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or an Associate's degree with certifications.
• 3–5 years of systems administration in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, Defender.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments, including installation, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online) and overall 365 administration.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including MFA, SSO, PIM, and RBAC.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint config, device compliance, app deployment, MDM, and security.
• Administer Microsoft Defender solutions and provide security recommendations.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, libraries, and governance policies.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file/print services, and enterprise auth.
• Monitor health, availability, storage, and cloud resource performance; perform backups and DR testing.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide Tier II/III support; document procedures and configurations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to maintain baselines and compliance; maintain asset inventories.
