This role involves advanced troubleshooting, system maintenance, and supporting cybersecurity and compliance initiatives across cloud, server, and endpoint platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID environments.
• Manage Windows Server and supported Linux platforms.
• Support endpoint management through Intune and related tools.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support patching, software deployment, and configuration management.
• Resolve escalated incidents beyond Tier I/II support.
• Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Microsoft certifications.
• Experience in Federal environments.

Special Considerations:

• Support for enterprise environments with potential on-call escalation duties.
