Job summary

Player 15 Group, the enterprise technology team behind the Phoenix Suns, is seeking a Systems Administrator in Phoenix. You will support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AWS, Windows Server, and core infrastructure while gaining hands-on experience across network and systems operations.

You will report to the Manager of Network & Systems Operations and collaborate with Helpdesk, Security, and Arena Technology teams to improve processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of systems, helpdesk, cloud, or infrastructure support experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, licensing, and user support.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Active Directory, user lifecycle management, MFA, groups, and access troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of Windows Server administration, server roles, file permissions, and common infrastructure services such as DNS and DHCP.
• Familiarity with AWS services, cloud administration concepts, identity/access management, and basic resource monitoring.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless connectivity, and troubleshooting methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for escalated Microsoft 365, identity, server, and connectivity issues.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and provide support during game days and major events as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, configuration notes, runbooks, and asset inventory records.
• Support multi‑site connectivity coordination across facilities including HQ, Arena, Practice Facilities, and colocation environments.
