Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator to support, troubleshoot, and manage cloud services and on-premises infrastructure. Responsibilities include overseeing Microsoft 365 environments, identity platforms, multi-cloud administration, and security hardening across servers and networks.

The role requires 5–8 years in IT infrastructure, strong AWS and Azure experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams on various projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years of IT infrastructure experience in systems operations, support, maintenance, and administration.
• Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and expand client infrastructure.
• Coordinate server configuration and administration with multiple parties.
• Monitor systems for security, availability, and performance.
• Deploy and manage cloud services across AWS and Azure.
• Create and manage Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and pipelines.
• Oversee and configure Azure DevOps organizational settings.
• Assist with building and hosting complex application solutions.
