Job summary

Bell Laboratories Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Windsor, WI. You will install, configure, and maintain servers and virtual environments, while administering Microsoft 365 services and identity management.

The role includes supporting backup, disaster recovery, and security initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least four years in systems administration, cloud support, and MSFT stack, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT, CS, Networking, or related field; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain servers and cloud-hosted systems.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Manage identity and access with MFA, conditional access, and security groups.
Maintain computers, devices, printers, and email systems.
Develop backup, DR, and business continuity solutions.
Monitor server health, performance, and capacity.
Coordinate with vendors for IT products and services.
Collaborate with software development to support internal solutions.
Support virtualization platforms and MDM/Intune; participate in IT security initiatives.
