Job summary

BW Corporate US is seeking an IT System Administrator I to support the enterprise server infrastructure in Wisconsin. The role includes managing Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, Exchange, and cloud services, with hands-on work in vCenter and SolarWinds.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT experience, strong AD and scripting skills, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing-office environment. This regular, full-time position may require occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Windows Server and hypervisor technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support of server OS and related software/hardware.
• Troubleshoot application and OS problems.
• Document system configurations and procedures.
• Provide Level 2 support to IT Service Desk.
• Administer on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Monitor alerts using SolarWinds and coordinate with network and security teams.
• Assist with server lifecycle provisioning and upgrades.
• Maintain Windows and Azure AD environments.
