Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Office 365.
• Experience with Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies.
• Understanding of RTO/RPO and basic disaster recovery concepts.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with Azure and/or Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience supporting SMB and/or enterprise environments.

• Work with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain a security-focused approach to systems administration.
