Job summary

Bloom Analytics, based in St. Croix, USVI, is seeking a System Administrator to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

The role involves managing AD Manage Engine, PDQ Deploy/Inventory, NinjaOne, Azure Enterprise Apps, Active Directory, Intune, AWS Workspaces, and Sophos, while collaborating with Engineering and InfoSec to ensure compliance and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have strong system and network administration skills, problem-solving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Experience working in a Virtualized Microsoft Environment
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, Server Administration and Microsoft Admin Center tools.

Responsibilities

• AD Manage Engine: Set up automations for user and computer account management.
• AD Manage Engine: Integrate with other systems such as UKG.
• PDQ Deploy: Create and update software deployment packages.
• PDQ Inventory: Develop and maintain smart lists for inventory management.
• NinjaOne: Manage server and laptop patching; Set up and enforce IT policies.
• Azure Enterprise Apps: Maintain and manage enterprise applications; Manage certificate renewals.
• Active Directory (AD): Collaborate with Engineering and InfoSec teams to ensure compliance and proper setup of Azure enterprise apps, AD groups, OUs, and accounts.
• Intune: Ensure Intune is installed on mobile devices using company apps such as Office 365.
• AWS Workspaces: Manage workspaces, ensuring proper use of disk space and proper workspace types.
• Sophos: Ensure laptop encryption compliance with Sophos.
• Virtualization: Strong virtualization knowledge with tools like Hyper-V and Proxmox.
• Support: Day-to-day support for internal clients/customer throughout the organization
• Product Implementation: Evaluate, implement, and integrate new hardware and software products and services
• Microsoft Admin Center: Maintain and support Microsoft tools like Admin Center, Exchange, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Intune and Defender.
