Job summary

Brite seeks a Systems Administrator to maintain client servers, software, and hardware, while providing technical support and guidance. You will assist in implementing and maintaining Brite internal systems and services, ensuring uptime and quality support for clients.

Responsibilities include patching, project deployment, incident escalation, and collaboration with onboarding teams. Strong Microsoft ecosystem skills and customer-focused communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Windows workstations/servers and Office apps.
• Strong troubleshooting for Microsoft online services (Azure, M365, Entra ID, Exchange Online).
• Hardware repair and server management skills across PC desktops and laptops.
• Experience with hypervisors (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup/EDR tooling.

Responsibilities

• Deploy IT projects for clients within defined scope and timelines.
• Apply OS patches, upgrades, and configure services as needed.
• Maintain Brite internal tools and utilities.
• Serve as escalation point for support tickets.
• Troubleshoot with help desk and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with customer onboarding using BriteStar tools.
• Implement client solutions individually and in teams.
• Develop and document installation/config procedures.
• Proactively maintain client network environments.
• Develop SME expertise and contribute to peer training.
