Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Systems Administrator
• Certifications preferred
• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V and cloud platforms
• Experience with Office 365/Exchange and AD security
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Acts as a technical backup to the Information Systems & Cybersecurity Program Manager.
• Provides user support and troubleshooting.
• Performs account setup and system upgrades.
• Maintains inventory and lifecycle policy for hardware/software.
• Configures and manages intranet via SharePoint.
• Manages Firewall policies with MSP/MSSP collaboration.
• Endpoint protection and patching; OKTA identity management.
• Leads QA and other IT projects as assigned.
