Job summary

DaBella is seeking a System Administrator to support our IT infrastructure in Austin. You will ensure system availability, security, and performance while collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and end users.

Responsibilities include designing enterprise infrastructure, implementing DR/BC plans, managing AD/Azure AD, and automating tasks with PowerShell or Python. This role requires hands-on administration and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in systems administration and/or IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Group Policy, AD, Azure AD, and Azure.
• Experience with virtualization and enterprise storage.
• Knowledge of VoIP systems and cloud networking in distributed environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Splunk).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise IT infrastructure (networking, cloud).
• Develop and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Manage Windows servers, desktops, AD, and Office 365.
• Automate and optimize systems using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Monitor and maintain Pulseway and AssetSonar platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and act as escalation point for IT support.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change-management records.
• Lead IT projects and mentor team members.
