This role focuses on keeping essential systems reliable, secure, and high-performing across Windows and Linux, AD/Entra ID, cloud services, and core infra tech. You will support upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements in a modern enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Enterprise Linux.
• Experience with Active Directory (Entra ID), Group Policy, DNS, or DHCP.
• Basic understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Basic knowledge of backup, recovery, and networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
• Support automation and operational improvements using PowerShell
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on business initiatives

This is a strong opportunity for an infrastructure professional who enjoys keeping essential systems reliable, secure, and performing well. In this role, you will support a modern enterprise environment across servers, identity services, cloud platforms, and core infrastructure technologies while contributing to upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.

Compensation:

$84,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Administer and support Windows Server and Linux environments
• Maintain Active Directory (Entra ID), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and PKI
• Support virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery solutions
• Assist with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support resolution efforts
• Assist with patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
