Inceed is partnering with a client to fill a Senior EAM Systems Owner/Administrator role in Houston, TX. You will own the EAM platform configuration, governance, data integrity, and drive cross-functional adoption across IT and operations.

The role balances hands-on system work with leadership, focusing on data governance, master data standards, and continuous platform improvements while enabling reliable maintenance planning and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with an EAM or CMMS platform.
• Owner/administrator or lead analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management workflows.
• Experience with data governance and process standardization.

Position: Senior EAM Systems Owner/ Administrator

Compensation: $ 120,000 - 135,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior EAM Systems Owner/ Administrator to join their team!

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced EAM professional who wants ownership of a critical platform from day one. You’ll help shape how the system is designed, governed, adopted, and continuously improved, working closely with technical and operational stakeholders to make sure the platform delivers real value across the business.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Own the EAM platform configuration, governance, and data integrity
• Define standards for assets, work orders, PMs, and failure codes
• Lead data cleanup, validation, and ongoing master data governance
• Partner with IT and operations on system design and rollout
• Support integrations, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting
• Drive adoption through training, support, and change management
• Serve as escalation point for complex system and user issues
• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and reliability workflows
• Build reports, dashboards, and insights for business stakeholders
• Maintain documentation, change control, and access governance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience with an EAM or CMMS platform
• Strong experience as an owner, administrator, or lead analyst
• Deep understanding of maintenance and asset management workflows
• Experience with work orders, PMs, asset hierarchies, and failure coding
• Ability to partner across IT and business teams effectively
• Proven experience with data governance and process standardization
• Experience leading system configuration or platform improvements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SQL for reporting, validation, or troubleshooting
• Familiarity with APIs and enterprise integrations
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Background in maintenance planning or reliability engineering
• Experience supporting implementations, upgrades, or migrations
• Exposure to asset-intensive industries
• Familiarity with Maximo, SAP, Oracle, Infor, or AVEVA
