Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Medication Sourcing Administrator to develop and refine sourcing strategies for pharmacy operations across the system. You will determine stock levels, manage inventory against supply disruptions, and act as a gatekeeper for medication spend exceeding $70M annually.

The role involves influencing stakeholders and building forecasting models to support formulary-driven changes and shortages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years' experience in business administration, healthcare, finance or supply chain.
• Strong data analysis and analytical skills.
• Project management experience and proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and implement medication sourcing strategies for dynamic patient needs.
• Engage stakeholders across Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, and Vendors to optimize outcomes.
• Determine stock levels balancing inventory turns with supply disruptions.
• Develop demand planning analyses and forecasting models for formulary-driven changes and shortages.
• Coordinate system-wide medication handling processes to ensure compliance and revenue integrity.
• Support 340B compliance, recalls, and regulatory requirements across locations.
