OhioHealth Corporation is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Logistics to lead the supply chain operations for OhioHealth care sites and collaborate across the system. You will drive procurement, inventory, and distribution to ensure uninterrupted patient care and optimize costs and efficiencies.

The role requires directing staff, managing budgets, and implementing value analysis, with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability in a healthcare setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience with ability to motivate and manage associates.

Responsabilidades

• Directs supply chain functions including procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, receiving and distribution.
• Oversees performance through coaching and formal/informal training.
• Develops budgets, sets goals, and monitors department financials.
• Manages new product implementations and conversions with cross-functional teams.
• Serves as liaison to nursing units, surgery, anesthesia, and vendor reps to ensure patient care continuity.
