UpLevel Sourcing, LLC is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a hospital/health system in South Central Ohio. The role involves safe preparation and dispensing of medications across the system and may include patient interaction and immunizations under protocols.

Responsibilities include processing orders inpatient/outpatient/retail, compounding, quality assurance, and mentoring staff. Competitive compensation with full benefits is offered; relocation is not provided.

Qualificações

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited pharmacy program (BS in Pharmacy or PharmD).
• Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Ohio.
• Immunization certification, depending on assigned area.

Responsabilidades

• Process physician drug orders accurately for inpatient, outpatient, and/or retail.
• Compound sterile and non-sterile medications following pharmacy principles.
• Assess drug orders for appropriateness and intervene when needed.
• Complete and document pharmacy operations across IT systems on time.
• Document quality assurance activities including ADRs and medication errors.
• Lead and direct technicians, staff, students, and interns for efficient operations.
• Maintain clinical competence in all activities relevant to the assigned area.
