Froedtert Health seeks an experienced Pharmacy Services Manager to lead system-level medication management, sourcing, and contracting across a $900M spend. You will direct ISC IV compounding and distribution operations and clinic medication distribution to align with the organization's business plan and safety standards.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, knowledge of drug distribution, 340b, procurement, and compliance with state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Greater than five years of progressively responsible managerial experience in pharmacy services.
• Advanced residency training (PGY1/2 HSPA) or equivalent experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred; MS/MBA/MHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health system-level medication management and contracting for over $900M in spend.
• Manage procurement, sourcing and contract compliance to obtain best prices.
• Oversee ISC IV compounding and pharmacy distribution operations.
• Oversee Clinic Medication Distribution and meet business plan for the ISC.
