Responsibilities include minimizing stockouts, optimizing inventory flow, and driving cost-effective purchasing. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross-location collaboration within our LTC pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, inventory management, pharmacy operations, or a related field.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy purchasing and inventory management systems such as Framework and SureCost preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily purchasing and receiving operations across locations.
• Onboard, train, and develop Purchasing and Receiving Technicians on systems and SOPs.
• Coach team to ensure accuracy, accountability, compliance, and efficiency.
