Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years in business administration, healthcare, finance or supply chain.
• Strong data analysis and analytical skills.
• Experience with inventory management and procurement systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (SBOP, DEA, FDA, DSCSA, 340B, USP 797/800).
• Experience leading projects and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, maintain, and refine medication sourcing strategies for OhioHealth's Pharmacy operations.
• Determine appropriate stock levels and balance inventory turns with supply disruptions.
• Develop demand planning analyses and forecasting models for formulary-driven conversions and shortages.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy Information Systems (Epic, Paragon, Sorian) and other IS to support compliance and cost control.
• Manage recalls, 340B activities, and 360 leadership with internal/external stakeholders.
