Job summary

Qcells North America seeks a Sr. Manager to lead the System Test and Validation team, owning end-to-end validation for energy products including AC modules, inverters, ESS, and software platforms in North America.

Located at the Santa Clara R&D Center, travel up to 20% is expected. You will direct a diverse team of hardware, systems, and software engineers, develop scalable test methodologies, and expand lab capabilities while collaborating with Product Management, Development, QA, Deployment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–10+ years in energy storage, solar inverters, DERs, or related energy systems.
• Experience with end-to-end testing of hardware, firmware, and software.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end system test and validation strategies for current and next-gen products.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of hardware, systems, and software engineers.
• Establish test plans, procedures, and records management processes.
